  Our steak burgers are crafted from a perfect blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib to bring you the crave-able, 1/2 pound burger you deserve. The Fire House comes with pepper jack cheese, green chili relish, tortilla strips, sriracha aioli, served on a pretzel bun.

Marlinton Duke Burger is a 1/2 lb. custom blend burger with melted white cheddar cheese with grilled onions & mushrooms drizzled with A-1 steak sauce on a grilled potato bun.

The West Branch Warrior  Burger is a 1/2 lb. custom blend burger with melted white cheddar cheese topped with creamy white cheddar Mac-N-Cheese and bacon on a grilled brioche bun.

This burger is inspired by the butter-drenched ones they serve in Wisconsin. We've been a little bit more restrained with the application of butter but it's super-indulgent, sandwiched in between a grilled brioche bun with pickles and butter fried onions.

This Burger made it to our menu after a real 6 point Buck came crashing through our window at the restaurant one October Saturday afternoon.  It became our burger of the month the following January and it was a hit.  This burger is topped with our own house made onion chutney, spinach, stone ground mustard, mayo and melted bleu cheese. Served on a grilled brioche bun.

Red and white quinoa, whole grain rice and hummus. Fresh red and yellow beets roasted with honey and blended with kale, roasted pineapple and ginger topped with lettuce, tomato and aged cheddar cheese served on an onion bun.

This plant base burger will blow your mind.  Your taste buds will say dang this tastes like a real burger. Your mind will be like this isn't a burger? Who knew?  This is topped  with lettuce, tomato, red onion & pickles and  served on a grilled onion bun.
